As part of its ongoing product development programme, Innstant Travel has launched an innovative hotel cancellation protection that allows customers to cancel a non-refundable reservation up to 24 hours before check-in and receive an 80% refund.
This cancellation protection enables agents to offer maximum value and flexibility to customers without the risk of lost revenue due to cancellation.
